• Give one-on-one career advice and coaching
• Help with CVs, cover letters, and interview practice
• Organize workshops, job fairs, and alumni meetups
• Track job progress and give support after placement
• Support and motivate job seekers emotionally
• Match career goals with training and job market needs
• Keep alumni and career records up to date
• Support applications for jobs abroad

Syarat Pekerjaan

• Basic written English skills
• Friendly and good communication
• Patient, empathetic, and self-motivated
• Tourism/Hospitality graduate (preferred)
• Able to guide people from different backgrounds
• Neat, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Can work independently or in a team
• Stays calm when handling candidates
• Based in Yogyakarta or nearby
