Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and implement driver-partner acquisition processes
• Focus on building up the supply of Motorcycle, MPVs, Van, and Pickup Bak in Semarang and the surrounding
• Hands-on offline driver-partners acquisition & onboarding
• Maintain order fulfillment corporation and non-corporation
• Increase Lalamove’s brand awareness

Syarat Pekerjaan

• Experienced in operations background, preferably from a startup company
• Posses relevant knowledge of the Semarang market
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluent proficiency in English
• Experience and familiar with Spreadsheet, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
• *Educational Requirement: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• *Placement: Semarang, Central Java
