Content Creator

• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh, engaging content ideas
• Experienced in creating short-form video and photo content for platforms like TikTok & Instagram
• Good camera presence, confident in speaking or posing in front of the camera
• Proficient in using editing apps or software (e.g., CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Lightroom, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, styling, and what appeals to a female audience
• Able to plan, shoot, and edit content independently or with minimal supervision
• Understanding of social media algorithms, hashtags, and audience engagement techniques
• Consistent and reliable, with the ability to meet deadlines and content schedules
• Portfolio or sample work is required for review (Instagram, TikTok, or other platforms)

Fashion Designer

• Strong understanding of women’s fashion trends, fabrics, cuts, and silhouettes
• Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to develop original and commercially viable designs
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CLO3D; ability to create technical sketches and mood boards
• Knowledge of garment construction, pattern-making, and fabric sourcing
• Able to translate design concepts into tech packs and work with sample makers or manufacturers
• Strong time management skills, able to meet seasonal deadlines and handle multiple projects
• Updated with global and local fashion trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity
