Graphic Designer

• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and deliver consistent messaging
• Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely project delivery
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new design techniques
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for approval
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously

Digital Marketer

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Manage social media accounts and content creation
• Optimize website content for SEO and organic search
• Analyze digital marketing performance and prepare reports
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies

Customer Service Online

• Handle customer inquiries
• Provide clear and friendly product and service information.
• Assist with online orders and payment processes.
• Resolve customer complaints with appropriate solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt responses.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews online.

Syarat Pekerjaan

Graphic Designer

• Muslim/Muslimah Maximum age 30 years old.
• Proficient in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong portfolio of illustrations, graphics, and other creative projects
• Knowledge of visual design principles, typography, and color theory
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
• Experience in graphic design is preferred (minimum 1-2 years)
• Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing is a plus

Digital Marketer
