- Handle guest check-in/out, reservations, and room allocation.
- Verify payments and credit card details.
- Upsell facilities and services.
- Provide information on rooms, rates, and amenities.
- Greet guests warmly and address needs or complaints.
- Maintain updated booking and payment records.
- Execute marketing campaigns and promote hotel offers.
- Manage social media presence to engage with customers and boost visibility.
- Build partnerships and secure group bookings.

Syarat Pekerjaan
