Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day financial activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to enhance internal controls
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support strategic decision-making
Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights to guide executive decisions
Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and adherence to accounting principles
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and drive efficiency
Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
Manage cash flow and working capital to support operational needs
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform financial strategy
Provide leadership and mentorship to finance and accounting team members

Syarat Pekerjaan

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards
Proficient in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
