Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Respond customer inquiries via email, chat, e-commerce, social media
• Process and track orders and pre-orders
• Follow-up emails and provide updates
• Handle claims, refunds and complaints
• Update and maintain order records
• Monitor product listing and pricing accuracy on the platform

Syarat Pekerjaan

• D3 – S1 from any discipline (English/Communication is an advantage)
• Good level of English (primarily written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Experience in customer service or e-commerce
• Organized, detail-oriented, able multitask
