Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Managing large amounts of calls in a timely and effective manner
• Identifying customer needs
• Researching customer problems
• Providing the right solutions to customers
• Keeping records of all customer conversations on the call center database
• Meeting targets in terms of quality conversations
• Report to the team manager

Benefit :

• Basic salary IDR 9.5Mio + Meals and Transport IDR 1.5Mio (Depends on Experience)
• Performance bonus

Syarat Pekerjaan

• Indonesian Native
• Basic Mandarin Chinese Communication Skill
• Good English
• Fresh or college graduated welcome to apply
• Under 30 years old
• Nice voice
• Willing to be posted in Yogyakarta Indonesia and have opportunity to relocate to Bali
