Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Centre Manager

  • Oversee the administration, operations, and management of the Learning Centre
  • Responsible for the growth and overall profitability of the Learning Centre (sales and marketing)
  • Lead, direct, and motivate the team to achieve center targets
  • Arrange classes schedule
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous improvement of service quality
  • Responsible for maintaining professional standards of the Learning Centre as determined by HQ

Customer Support Officer

  • Manage daily operations of the Learning Centre
  • Ensure the centre’s growth and profitability
  • Schedule classes and manage timetables
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Handle front desk and administrative tasks

English Teacher

  1. Teach I Can Read Literacy courses:
    1. Working with children aged 2.5 to 18 years Teaching pre-reading skills to children using the I Can Read System.
      Instructing reading and comprehension skills through the I Can Read System
    2. Teaching writing skills, including grammar, editing, and publishing.
      Instructing oral presentation and communication skills. Helping children develop social skills and positive classroom behavior
  2. Conduct Assessments
    1. Teachers will conduct initial assessments for all incoming students.
    2. Teachers will regularly assess students during classes to monitor individual progress
  3. Communication
    1. Teachers will maintain regular open communication with parents through informal meetings, formal meetings, and progress and term reports
    2. Teachers will keep attendance logs for all classes taught and update Center Management when a student is ready for promotion
    3. Teachers will complete the parent’s communication book each week
    4. Teachers will attend regular Learning Center Team meetings
  4. Contribute to Student Growth and Retention
    1. Increasing sign-ups-achieved by maximizing the assessment process
    2. Minimizing withdrawals-achieved by optimizing the teaching process

Syarat Pekerjaan

General Requirements for Both Positions (Centre Manager & Customer Support Officer)

  • Candidate should possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma (any field)
  • Candidate should possess a cheerful disposition and excellent communication skills at all levels and must be customer oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills
  • Create a warm and comfortable environment for students and parents
  • Fresh graduates with a relevant field of study will also be considered

Centre Manager

  • Candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant working experience in a supervisory/managerial position
  • Strong managerial skills and good business acumen
  • Good English-speaking skills
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to support center operations

Customer Support Officer

  • Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome
  • Good sales skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer skills

English Teacher

  • This is a full-time, on-site position for an English Teacher at I CAN READ Jogjakarta
  • The English Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans, teaching English to students of various levels, and providing constructive feedback to both students and parents
  • Additionally, the English Teacher will communicate with other teachers and staff to ensure the program’s success
