• Proficient in managing Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Able to create engaging content plans, captions, and campaign ideas
• Basic understanding of photography, videography, and editing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, or Adobe)
• Up to date with social media trends, formats, and algorithm changes
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
• Able to work outdoors and collaboratively in a team
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines
• Not currently employed elsewhere (preferred)
• Must include a portfolio of past social media work

Graphic Designer

• Open to all genders
• Skilled in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Canva, etc.)
• Creative in producing visual content for social media, branding, posters, etc.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
• Up-to-date with current design trends
• Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Willing to meet tight deadlines
• Not currently employed elsewhere (preferred)
• Must include a design portfolio (PDF or link)

Video Editor

• Open to all genders
• Proficient in editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Able to create engaging storytelling videos (if needed)
• Good understanding of color grading and basic motion graphics
• Experienced in producing content for social media, YouTube, or digital ads
• Detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable working with revisions & deadlines
• Must include a portfolio of edited videos
• Willing to work with tight deadlines
• Not currently employed elsewhere (preferred)
