Syarat Pekerjaan

• Min. a bachelor’s degree in educational or a related field. A master’s degree or specialized IB training is highly preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in curriculum development, teaching, or academic coordination, preferably within an IB program
• Proven experience in designing, implementing and evaluating IB curriculum frameworks
• Strong understanding of IB principles, learner profiles and assessment criteria
• Expertise in designing inquiry-based learning experiences and interdisciplinary units
• Proficiency in using technology for curriculum design and teacher support
• Excellent research, analytical and communication skills
